Site visits
Can I visit on a weekday?+
Yes. We run visits any day of the week, including weekdays. Tell us the day and we plan the route around it.
Do you arrange the drive?+
For most Delhi NCR buyers, yes. We pick you up, cover two to four parcels and drop you back the same day.
Can I bring my own lawyer or architect?+
Please do. Buyers who bring their own advisor usually decide faster, and we share documents with them directly.
Paperwork & legal
What documents do I get before booking?+
Title chain, jamabandi, mutation record, encumbrance certificate and the approved layout, all shared before any payment.
Who pays stamp duty and registration?+
The buyer pays stamp duty and registration charges as per Haryana or Rajasthan rates. We show the exact figure in writing before you commit.
How long does registry take?+
Typically two to four weeks from booking, depending on slot availability at the sub-registrar office.
Payments
What is the booking amount?+
A refundable-on-title-failure booking amount, paid to a company account only. We never take cash.
Is bank finance possible?+
Agricultural and farm land finance is limited, but several NBFCs and loan-against-property routes work. We introduce you to lenders we have closed with before.
Are there hidden charges?+
No. Development, boundary and maintenance charges, if any, are itemised in the cost sheet before booking.
After you own it
Do you maintain the land for me?+
Yes, periodic upkeep, security and orchard care are available as an annual service.
Can I build later?+
Absolutely. Many owners hold for two to three years, then build. Our development team picks up whenever you're ready.
Can I resell through you?+
Yes. We list owner resales to our own buyer pipeline first.
