Are your projects RERA registered?

Yes, every project under construction or pre-launch is registered with the relevant state RERA authority. The registration ID is listed on each project page so you can verify it on the state portal.

How do site visits work?

Pick a slot on our Book Site Visit page. We confirm the same day and arrange the pickup if you are in the city. There is no booking fee and no obligation to buy.

What documents will I get before booking?

Title chain, RERA certificate, approved layout, allotment letter and the payment schedule. If you ask, we will also share the lawyer's title opinion.

Can NRIs buy through Landkhojo?

Yes. We handle the documentation, GPA and registration coordination for NRI buyers across our cities. Payments are accepted through NRE or NRO accounts.

Do you help with home loans?

We have empanelled lenders for every project. You are free to use your own bank too. Our team can share the loan-eligibility documents on the same day.

What happens after I book?

The same sales person stays as your point of contact through registration, possession and the first year of after-sales. No hand-offs to a call centre.

How is farmland different from a regular farm land?

Farmland is agricultural land that we plant, fence and maintain on your behalf. You can build a cottage on a small portion. It is meant for weekend use and long-term holding, not immediate residential use.

Do you charge any brokerage?

No. Our charge is built into the project price. You will not see a separate brokerage line on your invoice.
